Can I cancel an order?

You have 3 days to cancel order, being that some products are made once ordered. Such as the Aloe Face Toner.

I ordered the wrong thing, can I change my order?

No exchanges. Damaged products will be replaced with proof of purchase and photo of damaged item.

What is your return policy

Being a small business I am unable to offer refunds. Will replace product with a different batch and or different product.

Are your products vegan & gluten-free?

Yes Gluten-free, Not Vegan (can create vegan option upon request)

Beeswax is the only NON- vegan ingredient I use. You will find that in EK&T Balm, Lip Balm and Beard and Body Balm. Beeswax can be substituted for a vegan wax upon request. 

Does Crystal Ball Botanicals use synthetic ingredients?

All ingredients are natural, wild harvested and or organic. No artificial colors, fragrances. No parabens. CBB are artisanally crafted using the solar infusion process to extract plant nutrients into oil. This process takes 4-6 weeks and once nutrients are extracted, the oil is used as the base of my product line. 

Where are Crystal Ball Botanicals products made?

Each product is made and packaged safely with care in Portland, OR.

Do you have products that are gentle for skin affected by Rosacea or Eczema?

Yes, most of my products are made for those exact skin conditions.  To sooth, heal nourish and correct.

Are your products organic?

All of our products are made with organic, and or wild harvested ingredients. We take extreme care sourcing our ingredients: both where they’re from and how they’ve been harvested.

Are Crystal Ball Botanical products tested on animals?

Never.  Just on willing friends and family.

What is the shelf life of Crystal Ball Botanical Products?

Products are best used within 12-18 months. Toner should be used within 2-3 months as it is made when order is placed.

Why should I use natural skincare products?

Because our skin is our biggest organ, and what we put on our skin goes directly into your body. It’s also the first line of defense from environmental hazards and or toxins. Protecting it from continued damage and healing from past damage is the Why. It’s also good for our planet!

Will using oil-based products make my skin more oily?

No, adding oil can actually be beneficial. It can help replenish your skin's natural oil which can keep the oil levels balanced and decrease breakouts.

Can you suggest a daily skincare routine?

Daily cleansing (day&night), toning and moisturizing. Weekly detox with steaming treatments and or masks. Drink lots of water, moving your body and eating a balanced diet.

What products do you suggest for dry/oily skin?

The entire line was created to suit all skin types.
